01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, discovery channels, and software engineering services operated by JZARR Tech ("Agency", "we", "us"), a technology division of JZARR Group of Companies.

By browsing this site, requesting architectural audits, or executing a Statement of Work (SOW) with JZARR Tech, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

02 Engineering Engagements & Scope

All client deliverables, custom software builds, mobile apps, and cloud deployment pipelines are executed under formal Statements of Work (SOW) detailing timeline milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria:

• Discovery & Scoping: Initial quotes and technical blueprints are estimates based on provided requirements. Formal scope freezes occur prior to sprint kickoff.
• Change Requests: Any feature additions or architectural pivots outside the executed SOW require a mutually approved change order.
• Staging & Signoff: Production deployments proceed following explicit client signoff on pre-production staging environments.

03 Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

We believe in complete transparency and zero vendor lock-in:

• 100% Client Ownership: Upon settlement of agreed project invoices, 100% of the custom source code, databases, design assets, and architectural documentation created specifically for your project become your exclusive intellectual property.
• Proprietary Frameworks: Pre-existing reusable utility libraries, developer tooling, or third-party open-source dependencies retain their respective licenses and are licensed to you on a perpetual, non-exclusive basis.

04 Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to necessary third-party APIs, credential vaults, design guidelines, and domain records needed to maintain sprint velocity and deployment SLAs.

05 SLAs & Quality Warranty

All custom platforms engineered by JZARR Tech include standard 30-day post-launch warranty support covering any regression defects, critical bug resolutions, and performance alignment with the agreed specification.

06 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JZARR Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption arising from the use of delivered software outside designated operating parameters.

07 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to our commercial engagements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts in Karachi.
